Heart beating really hard... help!

So, my heart starts beating really hard at random times of the day and it really worries me. Is this normal?! It feels like my heart flutters in my chest and my chest starts to hurt. But I think that's from the gerd. Anyone else get this?! Is it normal???

I think it's pretty normal tbh. My heart is the same. It's not really beating fast but hard? Probably gerd is making it worse or that's what's causing it as I have reflux problems too.

I mean, yeah it beats fast due to anxiety, but it also beats hard. But 50% of the time it's going about 85 to 95 bpm when it's beating really hard.
