Blip?

I've been feeling great on 30mg citalopram for about 5 months now but due to some work related stress have felt my mood dip again quite a lot. Felt like this for about 4 days now is this just a blip? I don't want to take time off work as t took quite some time to get back before. Any advice for being at work with a low mood?

We have to remember that even folks without anxiety and/or depression, have bad days and even bad weeks. When not so good times arise, I try and think positively about all of the progress that I have made. I don't dwell on the momentary symptoms, but on the long term progress. The less importance that I give to the blip, the faster it goes away.
