Hi there, I have just joined this brilliant forum as I have HA and have suffered for years. I am trying hard to get a grip on it and have tried councelling and CBT which have helped but then when I get a new symptom all the things I have learnt fly out the window and I am back to square one!:weep: I hope this website will help me.
