think i have Cancer anxiety?

1. My Skin looks a lil red
2. Im starting to have Fatigue
3. Some flu like symptom's
it says leukemia
i sweat at night and get rashes
i think its all anxiety playing
im sweating now
rashes
and have alot of faigue
i don't wanna die at a young age
