Hi all, I have started with this in the last couple of days. I'm scared its a mini stroke because for most of the day iv been super aware of my left arm and leg, it's not numb just seems a bit heavy or wobbly, like it's not quite mine if that makes sense it's kind of hard to explain, every time the sensation gets strong i go into a panic and think I'm having a stroke. hope some one can shed some light on this, thanks for putting up with me.

Forgot to add, my left foot also felt a little colder than my right today, I don't know if it's connected.
