I'm so confused. I don't know if I am worrying because I don't feel the butterflies in my stomach or the dreaded feeling. I'm so confused, I just don't know if I am worrying.

Does anyone else experience this constant doubt just because I don't have the butterflies?

I believe it's called 'feeling of impending doom'. I've had it a lot, probably one of my worst symptoms. Distraction helps.
