Hi All,

Yes I am back and need some support..

I had a better weekend and couple of days however today..

I keep getting new symptoms which are scaring me:

Electric shock feeling in hands leading to a numbness/tingling
Hot flushes
Eyes keep feeling like their flicking causing dizzy jolts
General dizziness and unsteadiness
Feeling like im going to collapse
Burning scalp

I feel awful and lost and not sure where to turn to...

Hey fedup, sorry you're feeling so bad.

- some of this will be vestibular symptoms
- some of this will be muscular tension from being unbalanced or bad posture
- some of this will be muscular tension and other things related to anxiety

Make sure you talk about all of it with your VRT therapist this week. Make a list of things to talk to her about, I used to do this every week.

If you're very concerned maybe have a visit to your doctor.

Everything you describe is in the "Symptoms" list on the left of the page here. Knowing that however, doesn't lessen the effect on you. Getting help with your anxiety is the only way to help lessen these things. Perhaps speaking with your doctor about it and getting a referral for CBT or one on one therapy is in order.
