Hello much afraid,oh i am so sorry you feel so rotten.We all know how you feel hun,You are very aware of all your feelings at the moment ,they are all heightened,and it is scarey,I believe cd's would help you.Paul mckenna is very good.i use the stress and anxiety one ,everso soothing!All the things you are feeling can go away and then you will be 'less afraid' then 'never afraid'..this will pass.Look at all the links above,and post to us too.The advice you get willhelpyou recover.love mary rose.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi my hormones are unbalanced I had a blood test done.I have depression,anxiety and panic and still dont bloody know if they are all linked or not.Sorry your feeling so rotten me to at the mo.:(
