Health Anxiety eye worry

Hi Everyone my name is Casey and I am 22 years old
I have suffered with health anxiety for 16 years now
but it has got worst over about the last 3 years
I worry about everything but my main worry is my eyes
I have so tried to get out of this but really struggling
