Please someone help :(

The last 3 morning I have woken up and my pulse has been 130bpm, well that sets off the panic and then it won't calm down . Can anyone tell me if this is dangerously high? I'm scared

Sounds like classic anxiety to me but you must realise that this is the wrong place to be looking for medical advice.

If you're that worried go to your doctor then come back on here once he's told you you're fine but you don't believe him. :)
