Has I write I feel so shaky and terrified, I got up this morning and I started to shake and panic both my eyes seemed to go blurred, which made me panic even more, thus I felt like passing out, I am currently on citalopram 20mg have been for 3 years, my husband has phoned the doctor, I am waiting for her to ring me, ive been anxious for over 2 weeks now, I do go worse in the dark nights, December being my worse month, the dark and misery, I cant concentrate on anything, just to write this is a struggle due to fear and anxiety.
