omg im freaking out

pls help i have had a sore neck and shoulders for 3 days feeling tense and achy and a sharp shooting pains in right temple at very random times lasting only seconds im scared something bad is goin to happen to me any minute

Hi Shelley. It sounds like stress to me. That could be why you're all tense. Also have you been drinking enough? Sleeping enough? Because I get sharp pains in my head in different places often when I am dehydrated or over tired. Take some painkillers, have a pint of water and a nice lie down xx

thanx. I do tend to drink lots of water, im freaking out bout the pain in neck as its through my shoulders too xx

I to have been havin headache neck back and arm pain I feel so ill. like im dying of cancer, heart attack stroke, or sudden death. I don't wanna feel like this anymore
