Sertraline and Diarrhea

Sorry guys, TMI.
Anyways, I am on 5th week of Zoloft/Sertraline and feeling much better with regards to Anxiety and Depression. However I started having loose stools, I don't make it to the bathroom... sorry.
I am disheartened because I was beginning to feel better and it is so strange to start side effects now this late. I am worried that it will get worse because I don't want to stop the Zoloft as It has helped so much with the anxiety and Depression. But I have read that it can get pretty bad and cause Chronic Diarrhea.
Has anyone started having this problem this late into treatment and did it eve go away?

Hi Chicaplatense,
I had diarrhea for 10 days which started about 3 weeks after I started zoloft 50mg. After that all went back to normal. I took charcoal which helped.
I was also surprised that this side effect came so late while I was feeling overall better and most of the other side effects had vanished.
