Well you've started by introducing yourself to the forum. I've recently come back on here. It's a good site and good to talk to others going through similar things to yourself :)

i got the site from my doctor, but dont really know where to begin. how long did you come for before and how long have you been back?

Hey, I can't remember how long I was on it before.. Haha but I've been back on this site a few days. Just have a browse of the forum and post anything you would like help/answers to.

I find it quite helpful :)
