feeling anx eye movement :(

Woke up with headache this morning when I got up looked in mirror and I'm sure I saw my left eye flicker side to side for a second now I'm so anxious apart from being a bit blood shot they look normal but I can't stop worrying about what I thought I saw um not on meds I hate anxiety constantly panicking about something normally its my balance andlighthead feel awful

That happens to me all the time. It's probably just your eye waking up. I would talk to your doctor if it becomes an ongoing problem, but if it's just once in a while, I think you'll be fine. :hugs:
