Pulled muscle or something else?

Since last night i been getting an achey pain when i cough or sit/move in certain way and yawn.
The pain is above my left hip and alittle to the front of that. Not sure if this is due to gas or pulled muscle..
Just as im about to pass gas that little feeling you get before (the build up) that area really hurts, then as soon as i pass gas its fine.
Also my stools were like pellets today.

thats what i was thinking at first, but ive had gaviscone to no effect.
and does trapped wind cause pain when moving or coughing?

Have you got a cough at the moment? I've got quite a bad cough and keep coughing so hard that my back hurts for a bit so could be that xx

my chest muscles are hurting so bad due to cough [chesty] plus working too hard. [im a cleaner in 2 jobs]

I haven't got a cough cough, but when I do cough like normal coughing no and then it hurts like mad.

Or if I take a deep breath/yawn/move in a certain way or position.
