Hives?

I have areas of itchy red skin with little white bumps that look like bites and also itchy palms of hands and wrists (no redness)
I'm on 2 types of antibiotics I was wondering if this was a side effect and if so would it be classed as a bad one? Or a mild? As doctors arnt open till Monday
And I didn't think you should go to A&E with hives x

If you are worried or they are bothering you then call the out of hours doc for advice rather than going to A&E
