Hip pain

I suddenly woke up yesterday with a pain in my hip . it's discomfort when I move and seems to feel like a large area down the side of the thigh feels bruised with no visible bruising .

I do not remember banging it , of course I'm worried that my undiagnosed lymphoma for the past two years has spread to the bone :(

Help :( it's 7 am on a Sunday morning and I am wide awake with fear
