Circulation problems?

Hi.I know stress thickens the blood but does anyone feel cold all the time.
Im always freezing,cold hands and feet but my head can feel like I have a fever.

Yep,

I keep thinking its fever or like my hearts gonna stop or low blood pressure..no its not that. But yes its classic anxiety ..Happens to me alot. I just put on a coat or sweater till it passes and sometimes you could be coming down with a cold,but be willing to bet its probably anxiety related..
