Hi. I sometimes get these throat symptoms during severe anxiety and they terrify me so much.. they make me want to die.. cannot cope with them. I cant explain them.. I get so scared sometimes I feel g* and I get so scared.. my throat sort of tightens so much.. then I feel sick in my throat.. I cant swallow.. when I do swallow it feels g*gy .. it terrifies me and I pray It never makes anything bad happen. Does anyone else get these feelings/throat symptoms? It makes me want to die.. this whole phobia makes me want to die.. cannot cope anymore :(
