does any one else get weird head sensations and dizzy also feeling out of it

are you on any medications which may cause this? or do you have lots of caffeine? as this can cause different sensations, if you do have lots of coffee or coke etc try cutting it out it may help

I started feeling this on Boxing Day. (No, I hadn't been drinking on Christmas Day. :) ) The room span violently for about 5 seconds when I first opened my eyes and since then I've been feeling a bit giddy - constantly - for the past 48 hours. Going to the doctor's to see what's happening after New Year.

My dizziness has subsided somewhat now so yeah, it could be Christmas/New Year anxiety or the fact I've now got a cold. :D
