Hi,
i have written a a short guidebook with a few interesting techniques on dealing with depression. I published it on Amazon so that it can be available on most ebook readers ( if you have not got a kindle you can download a kindle app for your device). Amazon publishing rules means it can only be free for 5 days every so often. It will be free from the 10th December for 5 days. I hope it will be of benefit to some people.
