7 months of hell

its been 7 months now. Every day for the past 7 months ive been battling with myself to stop me from breaking up with my girlfriend. I love her but can't feel it constantly doubt myself.

It is killing me and taking me deeper into depression every day.

I can't take it anymore.

The good news is, is that you can treat it without having to take antidepressants. There are plenty of self-help books like 'Brain Lock' out there. Also, having CBT would help you immensely too - have you been to your GP to ask about it yet?
