Red pin pricks???

Hi

I have awoken this morning to a small area on the top of my left breast that has small red pin pricks on. It is like little red dots. It only covers about a 2-3cm circle of the top of my breast but I am freaking out about breast cancer or inflammatory breast cancer?! I am so frightened. I go on holiday Sunday for 2 weeks so I won't see a doctor till January?! I know inflammatory breast cancer spreads fast and I am scared.

Please anyone have similar or advice I am 27 and female.

But these are on my breast should I be worried?

i imagine they could be anywhere. COuld be the way you slept etc

Relax and stop thinking about it, then take a look again in a few days and see if they are still there

I get red pin prick rashes all the time, even though it worries me a lot, they normally disappear within days. Keep an eye on it, especially if it spreads, but i'm 90% sure you'll probably be fine. Don't worry, enjoy your holiday!
