My name is Ann Phillips and I am 67 years old. I have suffered in silence with anxiety since I was a young child. I'm the kind of person that keeps thing to myself. I'm a good listener for other people but somehow don't feel others care to hear my problems or anxieties. As an adult now I've finally figured out I don't trust and I have a fear of losing control. I've never been to a counceller and I've never seen a doctor for this so have no medication. I have all kinds of phobias like claustrophobia, agriphobia.
Anyway I'm sure there's lots more but that's my introduction. Hope I've put it in the right place.
