Hi I am cassii. I am 3 kids and my anxiety always centres around them, especially if they are having problems with friendships etc. I cant bear it if they feel bad about themselves. I would hate for any of them to be like me. I have had counselling in the past and I have been on citlapram for 5 years. I have been able to reduce the dose this last year and did feel stronger however I had a full blown attack last night and now feel weak and low.
