Hi there. New to all this so I have no idea what I am doing... My name is Emma, I am 25 and have been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks for 7 years. Since having my daughter 6 months ago these panic attacks have resulted in agaraphobia. Have come on here as I don't know where to turn. I would LOVE to meet and chat to people who understand the daily battles and would love to share support to all you out there too. :)
