Frozen Food - Help

Hey, this sounds kinda silly but I've just cooked and eaten a plate of macaroni cheese from tesco. I took it out the freezer about 2pm and it says fully defrost before eating. Well I got hungry and put it in the over but it was still kinda frozen in the middle. I cooked it for a few mins longer. Do you think I'll get a sore stomach from this?? Or worse??

Other than having to cook it a few minutes longer what would be the difference in it not being fully defrosted? Now, had you left it on the counter for a day or two before cooking it, that would be different ;)

BTW.... you have to have homemade Mac & Cheese here in the Southern US to have the real deal!
