Wow, what a difference this stuff has made.
I'm finding now that my extra fatigue is wearing off and my anxiety is all but gone. I get the odd little rush of adrenalin from time to time, but it lasts about 30 seconds then I am easily able to push the anxiety-inducing thoughts away.
I've found that after 2 days sugar-free I'm not craving sugar at all and not experiencing withdrawal symptoms (which is unusual, usually they hit about 24-36 hours after last eating sugar, and are AWFUL!), and I'm not eating anywhere near as much crap as I was (I've dropped about 1.5kg already). Fingers crossed that continues - I've got another 20kg + to lose!
My insomnia is all but gone - I find I have more energy, so I need less sleep (was sleeping 9hrs a night previously, now 7 hours a night is fine) and I'm able to GET to sleep nicely (rather than laying awake for hours thinking someone is trying to break into my house!)
In all, a pretty positive experience so far!
How is everyone else doing?
