Visual vertigo

Hi does anyone elts get visual vertigo a lot, say if your looking at your phone or a book or same spot, then look up, it makes me go light headed and strange. it's worse under fluorescent lighting at work.

Yeah sometimes when im watching telly if the picture moves to quick. I go really dizzy and light headed or I get blurred vision :mad:

Yup all the time! Then I panic and trigger more dizziness from anxiety! x

Wow so many with the same it seems common also along with all the other light headed ness and dizziness as we'll it can make one dizzy person thanks for the replys
