I started to have a panic attack after getting some indigestion after a spicy meal. I was looking on my iPhone for any apps and discovered one called panic. It had great reviews so I downloaded it and watched the video and listened to the audio. Seems quite good and definitely seemed to help.
Has anyone used this app? I looked at the website but found it was selling a course.
Not sure but app seems good.
