Hi.... I'm new

Hi everybody, I just joined yesterday after reading a few stories on here. I'm 33 and have been dealing with health anxiety for a year on and off. But, since October I have got worse and worse, having panic and anxiety attacks daily. I am now on meds and hoping they will start working soon. I have a constant fear that I have cancer and it has got me into a dreadful situation that I can't control.

I look forward to hopefully chat to some of you and hope to support you and we can help each other along the rocky road.....

I am a new member too, and I have suffered with anxiety for years, but it has been especially bad lately, my GP has prescribed me fluoxetine but I am yet to start taking them and cannot really explain why but I loathe taking tablets. I too have a fear of cancer and am always responsive to any changes in my body which sets my anxiety off. Life is miserable at times.
