Hi, I hope this is in the right place.
I'm aware - as we all are - of all the weird breathing issues you can get with anxiety. But I've recently noticed something new to me and I was wondering if it is familiar to others as a symptom of anxiety. I'm guessing it is... but it is a little disconcerting.
It feels like waking sleep apnoea. I will suddenly realise I haven't breathed in for a while, and that I'm not holding my breath... I just haven't breathed in.
Logic tells me that it is more likely that I have just become aware of a totally normal breathing pattern, but I would appreciate some reassurance. I haven't felt faint or anything but you know those things which you just KNOW will lead to a panic attack if you focus on them? That...
Replies would be really welcome! Thank you.
