So I accidently took caffeine in with my meds... is this going to hurt me!?!? Im freaking out!!!! It was elderflower and rose lemonade and little did I know that elderflower is a stimulant. Help!!! Waiting till my beta blocker kicks in... ughhh!!! I do bad as it is with Caffeine....

It really won't harm you at all:) Always take medication with water though then you won't be panicking.
