Noticed there I've a sore left shoulder joint, from sleeping on my side, I felt just above my collar bone and it seems a bit swollen compared to the right side, is this from a sore shoulder do you reckon? Haven't had anxiety regarding my Health in about 1 month am I just looking for things now
