whent to see a nurologist he gave me a lot of tests also a phsical exam i was there about 45 mins he then said there is no evidence of alzhymers or enything else so theres no need to investagate i still dont think hes right im still walking about in a daze i think it mioght be deperson/dissasotiation any one else feel like this
