For the past few days now if have been getting random rashes it starts on my neck then when I itch travels to my tummy back ankles and wrists the more I scratch the more it spreads there isn't a rush or anything a such just redness from itching I may get a white spot here and there.
It mainly happens at night in bed I did an experiment yesterday I took the covers off me when I was itching and opened a window and the coldness of the air settled the itch.
I'm also stressing about Christmas so wondering if it's a mix of stress and heat rash?
Please if anyone has had this let me know xx
