weakish legs

hi I've been on 15mg mirtazapine for 4 days... will the weak feeling in my legs go away any time soon

Hopefully, it will go away in the first week or two. However... I've been on mirtazapine (with other medications) for some time (years), and the weakness in the legs has stayed with me, particularly with the combination of medications. Some days are better than others.

Keep posting about how you get on, as I am interested that someone else has this symptom.

By the way, mirtazapine can also cause restless legs, which is somewhat different.

I've been having these on and off and last night it made me feel very anxious. I increased to 15mg 10 days ago.
