I am going to spend Christmas with my family and I will be away from home for 5 nights. I always fear a panic attack at night and I don't want to make a scene in front of my family but I have experienced it before the excitement , luck of sleep and been away from home always makes me feel like I am on edge an when I fall sleep and I have finally relaxed bang comes the fast heartbeat and shortness of breath.
Night time is the worse, day time I cope OK.
