Eyelashes falling out easily?

I felt as if there was something in my eye, so I gently tugged on my eyelid, & about three or four eyelashes came out! This is only happening in my right eye, and I can just tug very slightly on an eyelash and it will come right out! I don't know if this is related, but I do wear mascara and I may not have wiped it all the way off last night (i had been at a party and i was really tired when i got home.)

Help?! I'm worried that it's something bad.

This sometimes happens to me and I wear mascara and eyeliner most days. I notice it more if the mascara sticks a few lashes together - that can cause a bit of itching and make you feel like there's something in your eye. Some lashes come out if I tug on them and sometimes I'll find one that practically falls out if I touch it. I always have plenty of eyelashes though and have never ended up with hardly any left. I've never really thought about it - just assumed it was make up drying things out.
