My chest has felt a bit strange the last few days, it's like a pins and needles pain a bit, and today it feels hot to touch while the rest of my body is a normal temperature, anyone know what this might be?
Finally sort of convinced myself it's not a heart attack because if it was I'd have had one by now wouldn't I? Just wish I knew what was causing it.
