everyday seems like a big mountain , ive had anxiety since i was 14 im usually a bubbly person but ive been on escitalopram cipralex (5mg) for the past month and a half and its made everything seem worse? i cant get a drs appointment until next week and im ruminating every oppurtunity i can get . not talking to family and barely showing my emotions or facial expressions at all any advice on making this wait a bit more dealable :unsure:
