Worried about Testicular Cancer

I was feeling my balls today and on my left ball has what feel like a long ridge that goes across my ball and feels like i can almost move it, its not very raised but i can feel it go across my whole ball. If i has to describe it, it would be like a small peice of floss that is wrapped around my ball. I have had this for a while. please let me know if anyone else has this its kinda freaking me out. im 20. Please help me im kinda freaking out

Probably a vein or a tube. When you say you're had it a while does that mean there was a time when you knew it wasn't there?

Testicular cancer is a hard immovable lump from what I have read but ask your doc to make sure

Doesnt sound worrying to me, but always worth getting your GP to twiddle your googlies to be on the safe side :)
