Nervous Stomach ?

Ive not been diagnosed with IBS though friends who have it suggest that many of my symptoms are very much like it.
One of the main things I get is a lot of trapped wind on my tum and its usually left side lower abdomen with that feeling of "is it trapped wind or do I need loo"?.
When I get that feeling I can feel my tum churning because the anxiety goes up.
Anyone else get this kind of thing ?

I do, almost everyday. I think mines comes from lack of sleep but I'm unsure. I'm really worried about it as it makes me feel really ill and weak feeling. It's horrible
