st johns wort?

has anyone used st johns wort ? does it work and do GPs agree with it....thanks K

Hi Kitty

I use SJW and have done for past 2 years on and off.

My GP gave me the choice of anti d's or SJW although she said it would take longer to kick in.

I have taken it a few times over the years and it always works for me along with vit B complex and omega 3 capsules.

My GP said it was one of the few alternatives that he would recommend. It depends a little on your need.

Keep consultimg with your doc and you could seek out other info on alternate stuff to compliment sjw. I have always found "Holland and Barret" useful...just remember though they are trying to sell stuff as well.
