Something wrong with my brain?

I have really bad health anxiety, I'm convinced there is something wrong with the right hand side of my brain. Right now my right ear is painful inside and loads of pressure and shooting pains and pressure in my nose, and when I'm walking I always walk more to the right hand side. Doctor just said its tension and stress which leads to really bad anxiety but I'm convinced I'm dying or I have a brain tumor or something. My head is what's causing all my anxiety I just want these pains to stop and all the dizziness and off balance feelings to go away its making me so depressed!

Shelly, I'm certainly not a physician but this sounds like how I feel when I have sinus issues. Anxiety and stress can do some crazy things to our bodies and our minds. I find that some sort of a distraction often helps me to forget about the particular symptom that I am worrying about. Sometimes, just thirty minutes of a funny show or comedy on YouTube can do the trick for me. Good luck on your journey.
