Hi there, since October iv been getting hotter and sweaty a lot quicker when I do stuff, like my body has just decided to run warmer. it's been like it all the time not just in high anxiety, it's a perminant thing all the time. even in bed at night, when outside in the cold I only where a sweatshirt I can't ware a coat I'm dreading summer. can anyone relate to this I'm scared right now.
