Hi Amanda, what coping strategies have you been using for the anxiety? Have you been doing any relaxation techniques to help your body and mind calm down?

It might be good to put some of these techniques in place right now, and over christmas, so that you're taking control of how you feel during the holiday season.

Hi Amanda

Nice to hear from you again but not under these circumstances.

Sorry to hear that you are struggling at the moment.

I would imagine that the stress of preparing for Christmas has played a huge part in how you are feeling.

You have beaten HA time and time again and you will do it again.

Hope the kids etc are all doing well.

Loads of love

Elen

You need a distraction to take your mind off your breathing.
