Obsessed with this appendicitis fear help!!!!!

Right so I haven't been on here in ages & I've been doin great! All thanks to people on here helping me, but it's started agen :( I go away on Friday for 2 weeks I should be excited but I'm not I'm obsessed with gettin a appendicitis why I'm away, I can't get it out of my head & having a phobia of hospitals & surgery doesn't help. I don't want to have anything wrong with me why I'm away :( I'm so scared and it's really playing on my
Mind I just want to enjoy my holiday And I now know I'm not going to because I'm going to be obsessing over this and upsetting myself help!!!! :(

6 out of 100 people get a case of appendicitis in their lifetime. Why would you be at risk to get appendicitis in the first place, and in the absolute minuscule chance you would get it, why would it happen during a very specific 2% of one specific year of your entire life?
