Hi,
I suffer with really bad seperation anxiety. I even get anxious when a neighbour goes away or a work colleague and the thing is my aunt and uncle who im really close to and are like my security blanket are going away on friday to new york for 6 days and im getting anxious already i feel sick just thinking about it it feels so far away im worried ill need them and they wont be there. does anyone else get like this or am i the only one.... i dont know where this insecurity comes from or how to get over it.....
